Welcome to our new download section of the site. Here you will find all the relevant forms under their relevant headings for you to download, print and return to the Club Secretary of CYP Scotwest.
In addition to this CLUBS can now also download application forms for the following: Federation Football Knock - Out Cup Competition, Five - A Side Football Festival and many of our other activities.You can also download a copy of our Activities Programme for the coming season.
Forms are also available for CLUBS to send in their nominations for International Football Trials for boys at all three age levels which are now U14, U16 and U19. CLUBS can also send in their nominations for International football trials for girls at U17 age level.
Our Child Protection Policy, Code of Behavior and Good Practice is also available to download. It is now compulsory for Clubs to have these Policy's in place before being accepted for membership with CYP Scotwest.
